Our team wrapped up another year at the Audio Engineering Society’s Pro Audio convention in NYC, and we’re excited to share some booth highlights from the event! Each year, our team has the opportunity to debut new products at one of the largest gatherings of audio professionals in the nation and visit with well-known industry professionals both in-booth and at our annual engineer/producer/artist reception. New Pro Audio Bundles for Content Creators and Musicians
At AES NY 2018, we debuted several new audio equipment bundles designed for content creators and musicians as a cost-effective, all-in-one solution for capturing audio during a variety of different applications.
Streamer/Podcasting Bundles
A-T introduced four new Streamer/Podcasting bundles at AES NY 2018, which cater to content creators of all kinds, such as podcasters, videographers, live-streamers, YouTubers, and more. Two of the bundles feature USB outputs to directly connect with computers, while the remaining two feature XLR outputs for more flexibility to connect with professional mixers or digital interfaces.
Each bundle includes a microphone with mount, the ATH-M20x Professional Monitor Headphones, and a new custom boom arm with desk mount. The boom arms are pre-threaded with the appropriate cable for a clutter-free appearance. Microphones included with the bundles are:
- AT2005USB Cardioid Dynamic USB/XLR Microphone (AT2005USBPK bundle)
- AT2020 Cardioid Condenser Microphone (AT2020PK bundle)
- AT2020USB+ Cardioid Condenser USB Microphone (AT2020USB+PK bundle)
- AT2035 Cardioid Condenser Microphone (AT2035PK bundle)
The four Streamer/Podcasting bundles will be available in the US in Fall 2018.
Drum Microphone Bundles
Four drum microphone bundles also made their debut at AES NY 2018, offering a cost-effective and easy solution for choosing the right equipment for both entry level and professional uses. These drum packs are suited for in-studio usage as well as a variety of live applications, such as in clubs, houses of worship, and regional or national tours.
The PRO-DRUM4 and PRO-DRUM7 bundles are ideal starter packs that also offer a great value for drummers and musicians at all levels to use in the studio or on stage.
The PRO-DRUM4 bundle includes:
- A PRO 25ax Hypercardioid Dynamic Microphone for kick
- A PRO 63 Cardioid Dynamic Microphone for snare
- Two PRO 23 Cardioid Dynamic Microphones for toms
- Two drum mounts
- A carrying case
The PRO-DRUM7 bundle includes:
- A PRO 25ax Hypercardioid Dynamic Microphone for kick
- A PRO 63 Cardioid Dynamic Microphone for snare
- Two PRO 23 Cardioid Dynamic Microphones for toms
- Two AT2021 Cardioid Condenser Microphones for overhead/cymbals
- Three drum mounts
- A carrying case
Two additional Artist-Series drum microphone bundles, the ATM-DRUM4 and ATM-DRUM7, offer a variety of gear for professional and touring drummers.
The ATM-DRUM4 bundle includes:
- An ATM250 Hypercardioid Dynamic Microphone for kick/snare
- An ATM650 Hypercardioid Dynamic Microphone for kick/snare
- Two ATM450 Cardioid Condenser Microphones for overhead/cymbals
- A carrying case
The ATM-DRUM7 bundle includes:
- An ATM250 Hypercardioid Dynamic Microphone for kick/snare
- An ATM650 Hypercardioid Dynamic Microphone for kick/snare
- Three ATM230 Hypercardioid Dynamic Microphones for toms
- Two ATM450 Cardioid Condenser Microphones for overhead/cymbals
- Three drum mounts
- A carrying case
The four Drum Microphone bundles will be available in the US in Fall 2018.
Vocal Bundle
A-T also introduced the ATM510PK vocal microphone bundle, created with vocalists in mind and offering three powerful microphones at a significant discount.
The ATM510PK bundle includes:
- Three ATM510 Cardioid Dynamic Handheld Microphones
- Three AT8470 Quiet-Flexâ„¢ stand clamps
- Three 5/8"-27 to 3/8"-16 threaded adapters
- Three soft, protective carrying pouches
The Vocal Microphone bundle will be available in the US in Fall 2018.
AES NY 2018: A-T Booth Highlights
We were also excited to offer booth visitors the opportunity to use our microphones, listen to our headphones, and get a hands-on experience with some of our other pro audio gear. In addition to a variety of studio microphones and headphones in booth, visitors had the opportunity to learn more about our next-generation wireless systems.
The newly-updated 4th Generation 3000 Series Wireless Systems and 3rd Generation 5000 Series Wireless Systems were a hit among the crowd!

Annual Engineer/Producer Reception
After the exhibit floor closed, our team was delighted to host our annual engineer/producer/artist reception once again, where we were in good company with a number of notable and award-winning industry professionals. Some guests included music producer, engineer, and mixer Frank Filipetti, recording engineer Leslie Ann Jones, mix engineer Chris Lord-Alge, mastering engineer Michael Romanowski, artist Derek Smalls, and composer and producer CJ Vanston, to name a few.
