New Headphones

Pure Digital Drive In-Ear Headphones

The Audio-Technica ATH-DSR5BT headphones are the company’s first wireless, in-ear headphones to incorporate our exclusive Pure Digital Drive technology. With traditional Bluetooth® headphones, audio undergoes digital-to-analog conversion that can degrade audio quality; however, the Pure Digital Drive technology present in the ATH-DSR5BT headphones allows the audio signal to remain digital from the media source to the headphone driver. With support for aptX® HD, aptX, AAC and SBC codecs in Bluetooth mode, and a rechargeable battery that lasts for up to eight hours of use, the result is superior audio quality in a compact, in-ear package.

Expanding Our Wireless Headphone Selection

 ATH-ANC700BT QuietPoint headphones

Making their debut at CES 2018, the new QuietPoint over-ear wireless active noise-cancelling (ANC) headphones include a newly developed ANC system that offers a greater degree of noise cancellation, along with an intuitive touch and swipe control system for answering calls and controlling volume and playback. The new four-microphone ANC system in the ATH-ANC700BT QuietPoint headphones picks up a wider omnidirectional range of outside noise than typical ANC designs for a significant advancement in noise-cancelling performance.

Complete with support for Bluetooth AAC, aptX® and SBC codecs, the headphones can also deliver Hi-Res Audio-compliant playback from audio sources when connected with the included cable, and provide up to 25 hours of battery life in ANC and Bluetooth mode.

SonicSport® wireless in-ear headphones will also be unveiled at CES 2018. The new ATH-SPORT70BT and ATH-SPORT50BT Bluetooth wireless technology headphones offer a variety of fitness-oriented features, such as the comfortable ear-hook design, IPX5 waterproof-rated construction, and built-in microphone and controls. The waterproof-certified design makes it easy for wearers to wash the SonicSport headphones under running water after working out, while the rechargeable battery provides undisturbed audio for up to six hours of continuous use.

The ATH-SPORT70BT headphones also come with a new, switchable ambient noise hear-through function, which gives wearers the ability to hear environmental sounds for safe use outdoors or block them for more private listening.

New Core Mount Technology

Core Mount Technology (CMT), our newly developed, patent-pending technology, allows for more-efficient airflow in headphone housings to deliver highly transparent mid and high frequencies, as well as rich and precise bass sounds.

The ATH-ADX5000 Audiophile Open-Air Dynamic Headphones are the first model to feature CMT. These CES 2018 Innovation Honoree award-winning headphones also include a new Integrated Driver Unit, which combines the tungsten-coated diaphragm, Permendur magnetic circuit, voice coil, and housing into a single unit. As a result, the ATH-ADX5000 headphones offer a smooth Hi-Res Audio-capable frequency response from 5 Hz to 50,000 Hz.

Innovative Turntable Technology

High-Fidelity Audio Reproduction from Vinyl

We’re also introducing our new AT-LP7 Fully Manual Belt-Drive Turntable, which has been engineered to deliver a superior high-fidelity listening experience. The turntable features A-T’s VM520EB Dual Moving Magnet phono cartridge and built-in switchable phono/line preamp with selectable MM/MC (moving magnet/moving coil) capability.

Recognizing the importance the phono cartridge plays in reproducing high-fidelity audio from vinyl, the AT-LP7 has been designed around A-T’s VM cartridge lineup. The VM cartridges incorporate high-quality materials and skillful engineering, and the AT-LP7 turntable is designed to produce the best results from the VM line. The AT-LP7 turntable comes complete with the VM520EB cartridge, which employs A-T’s exclusive Dual Magnet design, providing exceptional channel separation, stereo imaging, frequency response, and tracking of the record groove.
